This is absolutely what i was looking for! a very THICK lightweight durable mat that feels great on the knees!.
The thin yoga mats did not help with deep stretches but this one is just out of this world amazing quality. i would buy this again for my garage gym.

This is an amazing mat!  It exceeded my expectations!  Two inches thick, rolls out to fit my needs and folds up nicely and is easy to carry and store.  I definitely recommend this mat!

This is a nice, thick mat that works perfectly for what I use it for: sit ups/crunches/stretches. I have arthritis and can still use this mat on the hard floor, as it is thick enough to give me good cushioning! I would definitely recommend!
