[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very comfortable, heavy-duty yoga mat. No complaints. It did exactly what I needed it to. The other gear in the set was a nice touch. I probably won't use that as much, but was nice to have.

Would recommend

This was a great value for this set. I love the thickness of the mat. The quality of the material is durable as well. The thinner one I had fell apart very quickly with the workouts I was doing.  I think this one will last me for a while!

She claims that she has used other mats that are nicer and it deducted a star. I did test a few poses but I didn't care much for it and found the blocks didn't help me much either. Easy travel, unless you bring the whole set. For those who enjoy doing yoga outside, I recommend a carrying case or bag to transport all the items.

The mats themselves are pretty thick material but does seem like they will flatten a bit easy with regular use unfortunately. All around however I love the convenience of having everything in one kit.
