Transform your yoga practice with the BalanceFrom 7-Piece Yoga Set, thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, stability, and versatility for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. This complete set includes everything you need for a well-rounded session: a 71-inch long by 24-inch wide yoga mat with 1-inch thickness, a convenient carrier strap, two yoga blocks (9 x 6 x 4 inches), a stretch strap, a mat towel (71 x 24 inches), a hand towel (24 x 15 inches), and a supportive knee pad measuring 24 x 10 x 0.63 inches.

The extra-thick foam mat cushions joints while maintaining stability, supported further by a dedicated knee pad to protect sensitive areas during extended floor poses. Built with double-sided non-slip surfaces, the mat stays securely in place, while its anti-tear construction ensures long-lasting use. Moisture-proof technology makes it easy to clean with soap and water, so your gear stays fresh for every practice.

Enhance alignment and deepen stretches with the included yoga blocks and strap, designed to support balance, flexibility, and safe progression into advanced poses. The microfiber mat and hand towels absorb sweat efficiently, keeping your surface dry and slip-free even in hot yoga or high-intensity workouts.

This kit is lightweight and portable so you can use it at home, in a studio, or packing along on travel trips. Whether you’re building strength, improving flexibility, or cultivating mindfulness, the BalanceFrom 7-Piece Yoga Set is your all-in-one essential for a safe, comfortable, and empowering fitness exercise.

OMG THIS MATT. My knees always kill me through transitions on regular matts. The 1 inch cures that problem.

The matt is your secret weapon

walmart.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been so nice to use and follow YouTube yoga videos it's sturdy and very comfortable I love the towels they offer so much support to not slip and fall! I love that I can always carry it on the go

Comfort and lightness

Spreetail, LLC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very comfortable, heavy-duty yoga mat. No complaints. It did exactly what I needed it to. The other gear in the set was a nice touch. I probably won't use that as much, but was nice to have.

Would recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im not big on yoga so I found a friend to test these out. She claims that the price for the value is worth it and the set is lovely for beginners. She claims that she has used other mats that are nicer and it deducted a star. I did test a few poses but I didn't care much for it and found the blocks didn't help me much either. Easy travel, unless you bring the whole set. For those who enjoy doing yoga outside, I recommend a carrying case or bag to transport all the items.

Decent for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great set of yoga equipment for someone that needs it all! I love how it comes with the extra towels and stretching blocks and strap! The mats themselves are pretty thick material but does seem like they will flatten a bit easy with regular use unfortunately. All around however I love the convenience of having everything in one kit.

Great one stop shop yoga kit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great yoga set. It comes with everything you would need a someone who is starting yoga. The mats are comfortable and easy to use. It even comes with towels. I love it!

Lovely!!
