I bought these because I never go through a whole jug of milk.  I use these to freeze small quantities of milk and pull them out as needed. They are perfect for this purposes, and I'm not wasting a half gallon of milk anymore.  They wash up great in the dishwasher too.

I LOVE THESE FREEZER JARS! They are the perfect size for soup or spaghetti sauce. They stack nicely in the freezer and are easy to grab before heading to work. They are safe for the microwave and dishwasher, but I don't put plastic in either. I wash by hand.

So far so good. Wish there were some larger sizes, maybe quarts or 6-8 cups. Like to use for freezing soups, stews, broth, beans, etc. Got tired of my glass canning jars breaking in the freezer. Hopefully these will hold up better in the deep freezer.

Since there are no pints or quart canning jars left, these are great to do your canning, with a twist. Fill these containers and freeze them. I have green beans, ketchup, salsa, and etc. They stack nice and neat.

These containers are ideal for freezer  or refrigerator storage. The size is ideal for individual portions. They reheat well in the microwave and clean up well on dishwasher top rack or wash by hand. I intend to purchase more of this product.

Ideal storage and portion control

These are durable and are great for stacking in your freezer.   I make tomato juice, pasta sauce and salsa every fall and I have found these to be perfect size for my husband and I.

I absolutely love these and have several of the 8 oz. size also.  I buy the 52 oz. bottles of juices and pour the juice in these and freeze them.  It saves me a lot of money with not purchasing the smaller bottles of juice.  I freeze leftover spaghetti sauce in them, soups and more.  They are more durable than the other plastic ware out there and I expect them to last much longer.  I use dissolvable labels on them that wash right off.  Ball needs to expand to making quart size jars in this style.  It would also be wonderful if they could expand and make other size food containers as well.  I have had glass to break in the freezer and will never do that again.  I do not have to worry about that happening with these.  Besides, these stack really nice in the freezer.  We only use plastic for freezing and never ever put it in the microwave.

Best Small Size

I pulled one of these from the freezer and placed it on my counter. It immediately cracked. Not sure why. Not what I expected from Ball.

Good quality of containers and good capacities, but don't fit neatly in freezer or cooler. Best for lunches or refrigerator.

Lids are not tight. Empty, the lids fall off. Can't imagine what could be safely stored in them- maybe twine? Utterly useless
