I had various glass jars collected from farmer's markets, which the canning lids had rusted over time. These lids were the perfect solution to reusing perfectly good jars, for leftovers and beverages. (Just keep in mind they are not suitable for canning.)

So long rust!

We use these for liquids stored in mason jars. They do an excellent job of not leaking. I really like that they're only one piece so there is no annoying seal to take apart and wash. I wash them on sanitize in the dishwasher and they still look new. I'm very happy with them.

These lids are the best for a good seal

Fantabulous alternative to the vacuum seal "canning" lids for everyday use.  Not everything I make gets "canned" and wants to be eaten sometime before Y3K.  

They are reusable and happy to take a bath in the dishwasher.  

No, I am NOT AI!  I'm just someone that prefers to make things from scratch, it is simple enough, rather than eat prepackaged things that contain very strange things these days.  One has to even be careful in the produce department.

I LOVE these lids!

These are so much easier to use than the traditional two-piece canning jar lids. I don't have to search for matching rings, and they screw on securely without leaking. They're perfect for using mason jars to store leftovers, sauces, and other foods in the refrigerator.

These are great! I didn't want to use the regular parts that came with my ball jars because they will rust over time. These help me utilize my jars for many uses- overnight oats, liquid storage, a lid to make shaken iced coffee. All the possibilities! I love the versatility.

Handy for regularly opened jars!

These covers are easy to manage.  The original ones rust after a time.  My husband is so happy with these.

Horrible off-gassing.  Let them sit out for a month and still smelled strongly of plastic.  Made me confused and disoriented.  Not safe for use in human homes.

The only thing you should lid with these is cotton balls. Leaks with every tip of the jar. They might be fine if you don't plan on storing anything liquid. I'm irritated that these were the only kids available in the store and they're useless for liquids.
