This is my first ever online order! I was super excited to see that it shipped a week quicker than intended. The item comes in it's original box, six pieces of clear tape sealed the openings; three on the top and three on the bottom, clear enough that I almost didn't notice the two on the sides when I tried to open the box, unless I had looked at it from a different angle. Instead of attempting to peel off the tape, I used a boxcutter. The product inside came in a half cylinder cardboard wrap, and inside of it was more packaging around a dissembled Hawks. It comes in five separate pieces to put together; the head, each wing, body, and the stand. Connecting the head and body together wasn't very difficult, however, the wings on the back and the stand required more force, especially the wings, as if they weren't made to fit. It took me at least 3 tries on each wing to make them stay in there holders (without use of any adhesive). I noticed that on the attachment part of the left wing, it looked as if it had been glued on before; then pulled out forcefully enough it messed up the texture of the part. Overall, to the naked eye, the figure seems perfect; well, except for the stray paint mark on the front of the right earmuff (facing towards you). This was defiantly a good experience nonetheless for the price I paid.
