Love it.. I bought one. After we tried it we bought 6 more. One for everyone in the house. We used them while on vacation in Florida. Absolutely the best thing we took.

They worked great for 4 different times.  I recharged to be ready for next use and they wouldn't turn on. I plugged them in and the light was red for needing to be charged. It should have been green since they were previously recharged. So I plugged in again till the green light came on. The fan would not turn on. I plugged in again and the light was red. It should have shown it was charged. Fan still won't turn on.

Disappointed

Loved it, until December.  I'm hot natured and took it with me when visiting family that keeps their home very warm. It would not recharge after not being used for about six weeks.

Would not recharge

It's okay. I bought this item for a Florida trip, I knew my kid would be hot walking around Disney and universal, but he barely felt the air unless we were indoors. Which defeats the purpose.

Are use these fans constantly at work. In the last year I have bought at least six. The last two I bought do not even last two weeks before they stop working. These are the only fans that I like for you can adjust the airflow to your face. I will still order them because I need them but I will be returning soon as I stop working.

Stops working

I'll be returning this because the on/off/ power button stopped working after 5 uses!! plus it only lasts about 30 minutes and needs to be charged again.  when first opened and charged it was great, speed 3 really cooled but after that it needed charging frequently. Then the button stopped working. And it absolutely Does pull hair into it and pulls, despite what another review says. disappointed and I call it junk.

Nice idea but it's Junk!

I did not like it. I purchased this item and only used it for a bit and it stopped working. I decided to purchase another one because I thought I had got a defective one and when I charged it and tried to use it. It no longer turned on. very disappointing.

Great while they lasted, which isn't long. I bought two and both stopped working. Fully charged, they do a weird sputter thing like it wants to start, but doesn't go beyond that. Ended up tossing them. I have a different kind of neck fan from a competitor that I bought around the same time as these and it's still going strong.

These Fans don't last long at all!!!  I bought 6 of them and only 2 are still working.  They only work for a couple of weeks and then wont charge, then only one fan works, then nothing................Don't buy

Cheap and break after two weeks

Purchased the item for use while at baseball games and it stopped charging after two weeks of use (3-4 hours a day). Indicator light shows charged but does nothing now. Don't waste your money
