[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toy is a great blind bag/water toy. These are two of my daughter's favorite things. 
This toy comes in a plastic backpack that you open up to find several blind bags to open. You open these to reveal a plastic dog covered in paint and accessories for it. After opening the bags you can fill the suitcase with warm water to wash the paint off the dog. This can get kind of messy, but for my child that was considered a bonus. The mess wiped up easily with paper towels, so no problems with clean up. After revealing your dog it is time to dress it up and enjoy. 
My daughter has loved this addition to her Barbie collection and is planning on using her money she has saved to buy more pets for her Barbies.

It comes with a plastic backpack that has four bags inside, one of which is a dog shape whose true form is revealed once it's submerged in water. The other bags held a clip for the backpack, sunglasses for a Barbie, and a dress for the dog.
The most exciting thing about this toy was the reveal of which dog you get. The coating on the dog sort of melts off once it's in the water, and the effect is pretty. 
I'd recommend this toy to any doll or puppy fan. It's something different and the accessories are cute!

She loves the color reveal products, this was no different! Such a great toy for the 6-9 age group! She loves it!
