Through the dolly he could express his emotions and feelings he had when he had the cast on  when he played pretend with his sister . They love it ! The xray is great and the stethoscope were a great addition!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was one of the most exciting products my daughter has received to test. This is such an inspirational series from Barbie and Mattel! We received the art teacher barbie, it came with the art board, play supplies, and a "student" doll. I was not sure which item we would receive but so happy it was this one, my daughters favorite school subject! She is now playing teacher with this set and has asked for the astronauts as that is what she wants to be when she grows up! How inspirational!

We've been asking her what she wants to be when she grows up and she keeps saying she wants to be a mom, which is awesome. Over price  $60 dollars for 1 item returned right away... I don't know why Walmart doesn't check prices from other sales sellers before they used their services I learned my lesson always read the comments.
