I cannot wait to give this to my ten year old girl. I always wanted to get one of my own when I was a little girl, but never did, so, when my ten year old asked for one I ordered it from Wal Mart right away. I also ordered on a day that Wal Mart slashed the price for an early bird special. Thank you Wal Mart. Oh and I am getting me and my older daughter Barbie dolls because it is never too late to play!

The Doll house is very nice and luckily survived the delivery. My daugher said that Fed Ex literally just opened the door and tossed it out in the middle of the drive way and drove off. No care if it got damaged or anyone was home to receive it.
I have had that same type of care with other things sent/delivered through Fed Ex and think WalMart should consider another carrier.

Great Doll House, Lousy Delivery

My 10 year old wanted this dream house, but I couldn't afford it.  It normally runs around $200 and I am unemployed with savings running thin. The price dropped to $140 (my daughter saved a little more than that.)  She was able to afford it. It arrived quickly. I was intimidated to put it together myself, but I looked up the instructions on Youtube. It made the process of assembling it so easy. The construction is very sturdy and quite large. The accessories were a huge plus. My daughter's happiness is everything to me and we were very fortunate that Walmart had this great sale.

A DREAM COME TRUE

My niece had seen this on the internet somewhere and was expecting a small house to play with her Barbie's. I researched prices from many website stores and at the time Walmart had the best deal on this house so I went and bought it. It was shipped and delivered very quickly.
The gift was hidden in one of the rooms and while she was opening other gifts I brought out the house. She got up to run and hide behind her mom in disbelief.  She was so happy that she got her gift and was also surprised that the house was so large. It has been three weeks now and she gets up and goes straight to her Barbie dreamhouse to play for hours at a time. I am greatful that Walmart had it at a real great price and delivered it to make my niece a happy little girl.

My daughter absolutely loves this. Glad I found it just in time for Santa to deliver it.
This item was sold out everywhere I found it on site to store. Place my order. Turns out the store must have already sold the last one, because walmart showed the store had it, they ordered it from the manufacturer and had it expressed shipped to store at no charge to me so it would arrive in time for xmas. That was great.

The reviews about assembly are correct. Do not use the manual to assemble. Use the YouTube video and it is simple as pie. Had it assembled in an hour.

No problem with the elevator's working or anything.

Tons of small parts so be careful with small children.

The price is a little high for this item as it is not made very sturdy, but the joy my daughter gets playing with it is priceless. I do recommend this product.

Hours of fun!

Love the finished product. HAted the assembly process. Instructions are terrible needs a instructional DVD. I gave up and went to YouTube and found instructions there. I would like the elevators to slide easier and the furniture to be sturdier. My granddaughter loves it!

Barbie dream house

I have not open this yet but I want to warn everyone that if you use ship to home your house will show up damage because they don't use any shipping box.. Also if for Christmas the kids will know what their getting. The box was destroyed and shipping labels all over it. Sad to because I am giving this as a gift for my Christmas family.. Very disappointed

Don't ship to home

This item is very frustrating to put together. The design of the elevator does not allow it to work properly, especially for a child. There are too many very small pieces. The rooms are too small for full size, typical size Barbie and/or friends.

It is no where near what I expected for the cost.

Not worth the cost.

Item was received with box damage,tore open , bent & appeared to have moisture damage the label was wrinkled. Doors will not close, elevator does not work. The item was received as pictures below show

Terrible instructions and cheap materials that break easily. I expected better quality for what I paid. That being said my daughter loves the dreamhouse.
