A little challenging finding additional outfits, as she is curvy, however it can be done. Her hair is very soft and  the barettes hold on well to her 'do. She has Down Syndrome and loves her Barbies.  I'm adding to her collection. She loves all Barbies.  This onecwas very eye catching to me,love everything about it.

We were asked to choose a gift to be sent to our address. We did select this special Barbie Extra Doll. Our children all loved it so much. That the youngest, 2 years of age did not sleep unless she cuddled this doll with the special yellow coat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] She was unimpressed with the barbie doll. The packaging made it sound like there were a bunch of fun accessories but most hair clips. She did come with a cute alligator that my 4 month old played with. The dress on the barbie was slit all the way up on the sides which I felt was too high since I could see barbies underwear. We have had other barbie that were alot more fun than this one. The clothing didn't make sense together and it looks like they were just trying to hop on the trend of all the competitors dolls but failed. I didn't understand the lollipop that was just cardboard and plastic with glitter in it.
