I use this for my kids as they really like the taste of it. They enjoy it when I use it in baked macaroni and in soups. They like that it is light tasting .

I love Barilla macaroni, it cooks perfect everytime. Does not have any sticky starchy taste as some pasta. Doesn't get mushy,stays firm.

A really top-notch product, just one step below the bronze die-cut 'premium' imported pasta, but a HUGE upgrade from the typical big bag of noodles that so many typically buy.
If you always buy the cheapest big bag, and you are not simply drowning it in a gallon of cheese sauce, you really owe it to yourself to try a better quality pasta like Barilla.
you will notice a better flavor, A Little More Bounce to the pasta noodles, and a little more forgiving as far as cook time goes. Some brands if you go a minute or two too long, they turn into mush, where quality pasta stands up better, no matter how you like it, from extra al-dente to even when a little bit overcooked.

I use this pasta all the time both as in a hot dish and as a cold pasta salad  - cooks fast on a night when your in a hurry to cook.
