This thing is awesome!  Initial cost is high but when you consider that you do not have to keep all of the ingredients for multiple drinks it actually makes sense.  The pods are high quality and produce fantastic drinks!  I also like that I can choose the brand and flavor of alcohol to improve the drinks or change the flavor a little.  The other brands of machines dont allow this.

I love love love my machine! There's nothing better than spending the night in and making the perfect drink at the touch of a button. The strength choice for the drinks is absolutely amazing because sometimes I need it stronger than others. Lol.

When I tell you the shipping was on time. Got it just in time to host GAME NIGHT. Which was a success. Hubby and I love this machine. So amazing. Easy to use, we did get the pods from Walmart and on bartesian shipping for the pods was just as easy. We love this machine. I would say the strength of the drinks from light to regular to strong. You can taste the difference. We normally stay between light to regular. From our friends strong is strong hahahahaha.

Purchase this product for my husband and he loves it. It's quick and easy to use. We have our own bar at home there is no need to go out now.

Must buy

The machine is nice, but the capsules are very hard to find you have to order them. I think y'all should at least provide some samples because for my wife I got it for her Christmas and we couldn't even use it.

Novelty item that makes "speciality" cocktails.  Bottles leak while installed and when you pull them off,  booze leaks out onto the machine and to clean it up is near to impossible.

I purchased this machine after reading all the good reviews on Amazon and other varies sites as well as a few YouTube videos rating the machine. Unfortunately, I must've got a bad one. I received my machine on July 14, 2021. Being a $350 machine, I actually read the instructions as soon as I took it out the box. I washed my bottles, plugged it in, did the 1st time use cycle and then made my drink. PERFECT. I went to work that night, got off that morning, walked in ready to make a drink before bed and my brand new machine only 1 day in my care decides it's not going to function properly. I tapped the screen to wake it up and the words on the screen were distorted. No biggie. I'll just unplug it and plug it back in. Well, now my screen is COMPLETELY blank. I'm thinking maybe it just needs time to wake up. I waited a few minutes and still blank. I tried disconnecting then reconnecting the power cord, nothing. Maybe it'll work if I put one of the pods in it (1 out of $100 worth of pods I foolishly purchased ahead of time thinking there would be no issues). Put the pod in, still blank. I started tapping on the screen, which is still blank, but now is starts dispensing a drink without me even knowing what was pressed. I go to the Bartesian site to see if maybe there's a customer service number where I can get assistance in troubleshooting it but the only thing I can do is send an email which I did. I truly don't feel like taking it back only to wait on delivery for another one (again, $100 worth of pods that would probably be more hassle to return than just trying my luck with a 2nd machine). Especially since I've already thrown the bottles from the liquor away after filling the containers. Now I have to find 4 random large bottles that can hold the liquor in case I have to return it. This is definitely starting out as an expensive headache.
