[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am dying my light blonde hair to dark brown since almost 10 years now. When it starts growing out I legit look like I would be bald and have almost no hair, especially when I put my hair up (what I must do few days between washings). You can see the blonde roots what is the same color as my skin, so you all can imagine the awkwardness every months for a few nice days. Especially the questions and smart advises from people about "going bald from the dying process, I should stop", what suddenly stops (for 3 weeks) from the day I dye my roots again.
I bought this just to try a dry shampoo, and I chose the dark brown because I hate the white patches on my hair. But this is magical! The paint in it covers up my blonde roots, makes my hair look double the amount on my head! No more awkward last days before root touch ups! I am so happy with it! Thank you!

This product is the absolute best dry shampoo I have ever used in my life!!! I use the dark/deep brown batiste. I can go 7 days before washing my hair. Absolutely Awesome!!!

I love that there is a brand that thinks of other hair colors than just blonde... I would always have grey dusty looking roots when I would use dry shampoos and it was really frustrating.  Batiste is the only brand that leaves my oily hair feeling clean/dry and doesnt leave a gross still greasy residue like every other brand. I'm low maintenance and dont style my hair with mouse or a blow dryer so I love that i can spray this on and I have super volumized hair that looks and feels clean. With no grey looking roots from white powder!!!!! The dark brown powder is genius

The best dry shampoo

My friend bought me this because I can't shower everyday, and it's such a great product. I usually don't use dry shampoo because it leaves a white residue in my hair, but this doesn't do that all. It does have a little brown hair dye in it to prevent the white residue, so make sure you wash it out as soon as your next shower.

Great product!

Finally I have found a dry shampoo that doesn't leave my hair gray! I have dark brown hair and I have always loved batiste products. However, I stopped using dry shampoo all together  because of the white residue. This is literally life changing! Now I don't have to wash my hair everyday. This saves my hair so much damage and saves me time in the morning! I hope this stays around FOREVER!

Finally no gray!

I have been using Batiste dry shampoo for over a year now. I absolutely love it! I always used the regular one with no color. I found that it left a small white/gray residue on my hair. I recently bought the hint of color one and it works so great! I can go up to 4 days without washing my hair while using Batiste and my hair still is fresh and clean feeling!

Awesome product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is a great product- because of the color you don't have to brush it in as much and you aren't left with any white spots or dullness in the hair. The color was a little dark for me but that's my own fault for choosing the wrong color. The smell is a little off-putting, which surprised me because I've never had a Batiste product that I didn't love the smell of! Its not a really bad smell and it's certainly not enough to make me not want to buy the product. Next time I think I will try the lighter shade. The biggest plus for me using this product was the convenience of not having to make sure it's totally brushed through before leaving the house!

Great product with one flaw

I had the original product before and I think it was amazing exapt that my hair is dark brown and it was looking a bit <fuzzy> on where I sprayed the shampoo. So I decided to get a dark version and unfortunately I did not like the product. It looks really nice on my hair and it fits me really well, but every time I was gonna fix my hair woth my hand, or run my hands through my hair it was leaving dark on my fingers and made my hands look dirty. Once I went for the date one day I was embaresed because in the end of the evening for some reason the color went even under my nails (like I don't paint my nails so if anything goes under it looks like its dirty but it was not). I came back for the original shampoo because the dry shampoo made me to was my hair less time and because of that they became less dry and more healthy, but I honestly would really really like to use dark dry shampoo without color going on my fingers.

I've been using Batiste Divine Dark dry shampoo for years and always loved it, however the formula changed over the last year and it's no longer my go-to. The new formula leaves a light powdery residue and has a faint vinegar scent. My hair used to look better on day 2 with a touch of dry shampoo, now it looks like day 4 hair with cheap dry shampoo. I'm hoping they'll go back to the original "Divine Dark", because the one is terrible.

Different formula

This product used to be a god send for me.  However, when they recently redesigned their packaging, they clearly also changed the formula of the product.  It now actually makes my hair look worse (more oily/greasy looking) than if I used nothing.  And it used to not have much of a smell, but now it has a sickeningly strong perfume smell that makes me nauseated all day!

Used to be Great, but not anymore...
