Ordered this bed on December 26th delivery was estimated to be here by January 13th I received the bed via fedex on December 31st ..all pieces was there and was pretty easy to put together. The bed looks beautiful and my daughter is absolutely in love with her new bed 10/10 would highly recommend!! Definitely worth the money

I absolutely love the fabric upholstered button-tufted twin size sofa daybed with the roll-out trundle. The gray color is perfect for either a child's or adult's room. We purchased it for a playroom and it fits and functions perfectly. I would recommend this for anyone.

Perfect for any room!

Bought this for my daughters room and I love it!! not to complicated putting it together.

Great quality. Very sturdy. Strong enough for an adult. My kids love it!

Great bonus bed!

The color of the bed is exactly as shown in the picture. The bed shipped in two boxes and no pieces were damaged. Each piece was wrapped well. The instructions provided were easy to understand and follow, but did not have a number to reach customer service (I ended up having to look up). A majority of the slats did not have holes which was a negative, I had to drill them in. There were also no holes, just an outline on where to attach the wheels to the trundle. The number of long screws provided and called for in the instructions (16) was clearly not enough to connect all the slats to the bed frames. Customer service provided excellent support in shipping the additional screws needed to attach the slats. So far, the bed is holding up well and seems to be pretty sturdy.

Nice for the guest room

I bought this daybed in March 2021 and it is now June 2021 and the wooden pieces to hold the mattress in place on the top bed have come lose off of the nylon strap. The wood pieces are very thin and poor quality for the amount that I paid. Highly disappointed.

Poor quality and highly disappointed.

They dont even deserve one star. Half of the parts missing out of the box, no instructions, no screws, no trundle, no back piece. Trying to communicate with the folks that sent it is a NIGHTMARE they keep asking for the Manuel parts. No Manuel was even in the box. No paperwork was sent in the box to return it. I feel like we keep going in circles trying  to get a new bed. Its the biggest headache ever. Dont  waste your life on this bed. Its the worst!!!!!
