The quality of everything is outstanding...even the packaging its delivered in (no dents, dings, etc...all perfect when opened).

The wood product is top-notch: strong and flexible. The veneer is even better...including such nice tactile grain, that you'd think its actual solid wood.

The engineering is sharp: each piece supports other pieces; so, the entire finished structure has tremendous tensile strength, rigidity and stability. Be warned, there are a lot of pieces, a lot of prep...and, it will take you a few hours. Totally worth it, though.

I have a 50lb (10 year old) HDTV on top, along with heavy wooden speakers from an old, high-end home theater system. It has no issues at all. 

The shelves are superior in size and strength, too. My center speaker is 6.5 inches high, the amplifier is 6" x 15"...and, most units don't feature shelves high enough for them to fit.

Finally, it just looks so darned GOOD. One of the few times that I've gotten a piece of furniture via the web that actually looked as good when finished as the Marketing pix on the website (see attached pic). 

If you need a smart looking, solidly crafted place for your entertainment gear, you'll luv this one.
