Price

Purchased for homebrewing.  No shipping fee, arrived quick and is sturdy enough for my purposes and considering the cost.  Added bonus I wasn't aware of when I bought it is that there are volume makings on the inside of the pot every half gallon.  Used once so far.  Good size for use on the kitchen stove.  Full boil of total starting volume of about 7.5 gallons achieved with plenty of headroom and no boil over.  Cleaned up easy - happy with it.

Good pot

Bought this pot online for a fiber dyeing retreat in CA. It was delivered one day before my flight as promised. Arrived in perfect condition and although it was a big box, it traveled on the plane (as checked baggage) with no problems. I did not get to use it as the instructor loved my pot so much she bought it from me! I hear she's putting it to go use!

Good pot, great deal!

I give 3s for Average items.  This is better.  Stockpots vary in price incredibly.  Some have 1/4-inch walls with thicker bottoms.  This is a thin unit but the price is great for my needs.  I was impressed that the first time I touched the lid it fell to the floor (slipped out of its packing bag AND it didn't warp or dent.  I haven't used it yet and bought it only for some possible future need.

I am a homebrewer who does all grain 5 gallon batches. I bought this as an alternative to my 8 gallon stainless steel kettle since it can boil over at times. I suppose given the price it is adequate since my nice 8 gallon kettle was $250 and this 10 gallon was less than $50, but I knew right away when I picked up the box and felt that it weighed less than 5lbs that it was paper thin steel.

Cheap

I like the size of the pot. Good stainless steel. But it is a little on the thin side. The base needs a heat sinc of some kind.
