The Royale is an incredibly lightweight bow that is the perfect introductory compound bow for any young archer that will last for years to come. The draw weight starts at an easy to pull 5 lbs. and can be adjusted up to a serious 50 lbs. right alongside your young hunter. The draw weight can be easily adjusted from 12” to 27”. All draw length and draw weight adjustments can be made using an Allen wrench, removing the need for a bow press. The Royale comes fully equipped and ready to hunt with a Trophy Ridge Mist sight, 5-Spot quiver, Whisker Biscuit, Fletcher Archery No Tie Peep, and a nock loop. Lightweight and easy to carry, the Royale weighs only 2.7 lbs. bow only and 3.3 lbs. with the included accessories. With a super smooth draw cycle, the Royale offers a 75% let off and fires arrows at 290 feet per second. The EnduraFiber Limbs offer lethal controlled power and the RockStops offset string suppressor eliminate noise and vibration. The Royale is the total package that offers ultimate versatility.

For Beginners

Adjusting

Good package,  easy to adjust.  Fast shipping.  The bow is pretty forgiving for newer archers.  My son's bow is set at approximately 
42 pounds & consistently sinks arrows just as deep as my 70 lb Trx32.

I bought this for my 11 year old niece. Just like most bows you buy, the cams needed to by synchronized and I needed to add a little bit of cam lean into the bow so the cables hit the modules correctly. I was able to tune the bow by adjusting the yokes to get it shooting perfect bullet holes through paper. Set at 22 lbs I was able to stack arrows at 10 yard with no problem at all. Im sure she will be able to do the same with practice. Once my niece gets stronger and we turn up the draw weight, I have no doubt this little bow will be stacking arrows at 20 or more yards. Its extremely easy to tune and set up if you are familiar with bow tuning. .

All right, I guess this is more of a question. What spine and length of arrow would I want for this bow?

This is my first bow and I have to say I've been very impressed with it. I got it about 6 weeks ago and have been taking it to the range every week since. I can't speak to the ease of setting the draw length since the guy at the pro shop went ahead and did that when I went in for arrows and a release, but setting and changing the draw weight and the sight pins is incredibly easy. I think my only complaint about this compound bow would be a wish for a better ˜grip' on the riser, the small rubber strip doesn't feel like it will wind up staying on long term (time will tell) it's not a deal breaker but it does make me wish for something a bit different. Overall, love this bow and thoroughly enjoy the two hours a week I spend shooting it.

Ok now for a teen, however purchased this for my wife as an entry level now not knowing it was a youth bow due to not being described as one.
