My laminate flooring and tile flooring in my bathroom definitely needed to be stripped... it was in very bad shape. I used this product... was it effortless?  No! But it was easy enough, considering the task at hand.

I found it best to put the wax remover down, spread it around, then let it sit for 15 minutes or so.  That time gives the remover time to soak in and dissolve the old wax.  

I did this is two batches.  The first time, I used a scrub brush to help break up the wax after the soaking.  Then I repeatedly used a mop to pick up the old wax until the floor was clean.  The second time, I did the same, but I had gotten an electric scrubber to help break up the old wax. Same idea... just  a little easier on my back!  

After the old wax is all cleaned off, thoroughly clean the floor... get into the corners!  When dry, wax again with whatever floor wax you normally use. Your floors will thank you!

Very good

I diluted as on label of container. I also let the solution set on area for several minutes. I treated a 3x 3 foot area at a time. Then used an oscillating floor cleaner to assure friction to remove build up of dirt. Yes I would use again. Be sure ventilation is within area you are cleaning

Floor wax  remover that works.

I followed directions on this item, and I was displeased with the non-performance. It does not work as purported on the bottle. It did not strip the wax off of the floor as it supposed to do. It did start to break down the flooring on the non-waxed area, causing a peeling effect on the floor. I will not use this item again, I will have to eventually purchase new flooring, which I thought I would not have to do if this item would have worked.
