I had the 14 cup maker and loved it. It is a beautiful design, lots of flexibility in options, makes great coffee. However, I accidentally broke the carafe over the holiday and was stunned that they don't offer replacement parts. Seriously, things break! They would not send me a carafe even if I paid for it . They said they only make complete sets.  I looked for a carafe that would fit but reviews of suggestions were fraught with issues as nothing truly worked. I did buy a whole new coffee maker but I feel the manufacturer needs to make replacement parts available. Things break and they do get compensated for the parts so it's a win win. Drew, do better!

I love this coffee machine but this is the 3rd time that i buy it..the carafe glass is too fragile..I have call the company and they don't give me you any warranty on it and the company don't sell the carafe by it self…please change the type of glass that you use or give the option to buy it..

The is a gorgeous coffee maker! And it brews the best coffee. You can choose different strengths of brew and I love my coffee bold so I always brew my coffee in level 3 strength and it is perfect bold but not bitter it's fantastic! And it will keep my coffee hot up to 4 hours after I brew it. And I mean HOT. Such a great feature. My only complaint is the top of the pitcher that holds the coffee the plastic rim of the lid has a ridge and condensation piles up after a brew and after it's been sitting there so when you go to pour the coffee all that water pours out first and sometimes it pours crooked and it spills. But I pour the first lil part now in the sink so I don't get that water condensation. Other then that the is is a fantastic coffee maker. Highly recommended!

Simple elegant and fantastic cup of coffee

Overall it's a beautiful coffee maker and makes a good cup of coffee. The process of actually getting it to make the coffee is a bit time consuming and the instructions aren't exactly straight forward. Since it's digital there's no real simple, on and off button. You have to program it and while it's easy enough when you finally get it figured out it's not exactly simple. Also the opening for the water well is pretty small and it's hard to use the carafe to fill it without spilling water either in the filter cup (which makes it run straight out) or over the side, because the carafe is too big to hold directly over the well. Other than those little snafus like it overall.

Makes good coffee but not a simple process

I just replaced my Beautiful Coffee maker that I've had for a year with this newer model.  My complaints with my old one were: The metal latches inside the water reservoir started to rust, the coffee would spill everywhere and make such a mess when pouring, the glass the pot was made out of was so thin and fragile (and eventually broke which is why I had to buy this newer model), the spring on the filter basket would pop off while washing (I almost lost it down the drain a few times), and lastly, the display buttons are super pesky and the functions were unclear (we would just push buttons and wait to hear the sound of brewing).  BUT, I am happy to report that with this newer model, the makers of Beautiful have listened to a lot of the complaints and reviews.  Not only is the coffee maker a sleeker, smaller design, but no more metal hinges inside the water reservoir, and the coffee pot definitely pours better!  (I'm still trying to determine if its a thicker, sturdier glass).  I don't believe they made any changes with the touch button display though, as this morning I head my husband pushing buttons again until he heard it begin brewing.  But overall, I am happy with the new, smaller design and glad that finally a company listens to their reviewers.

I loved this coffee pot for the simple fact that my entire kitchen is this theme. Except it broke out of no where, the pump stopped working %26 now I am trying to decide -- change entire theme of my kitchen or replace an item I recently bought that broke with no warnings at all.

Works, until it doesn't.

Love the look of the coffee maker but it almost always spills when we pour our coffee. Really disappointed to have to clean up a mess with most pours. We thought maybe we are pouring too quickly but it seems like we just need to have the perfect angle to pour, which is frustrating when you're half asleep or going through your morning routine quickly.

Beautiful but messy

I really love the  Beautiful Brand!  Not this  coffee maker.  Very sad. I have poured a many cup of coffee in my life. Out of 20 pots of coffee from this maker,  I have only been able to pour 4 cups of coffee without it spilling all over the counter. I've read this is an ongoing issue.  The screen on the maker is  confusing .

So wanted to love !

I sooo wanted to LOVE this but the carafe leaks so bad.  There is an issue with the black top that doesn't connect properly to the glass carafe.  When you pour coffee into your mug it will leak all over and not just a little bit.  If you try to put one finger on it to make it stay in place well 1 it's hot and 2 it still leaks.  I have to pour over the sink every time I pour into my mug and even then it still leaks.  I was going to buy Drew's toaster and air fryer but I don't think I can as this carafe is so poorly made.

I really wanted to love this, I have several other small appliances from this line but unfortunately this coffee maker is full of flaws from the guess work with the touch screen to the poor design of the carafe which dribbles coffee down the side of the spout when pouring the first several cups of a brew. The aesthetic unfortunately does not come close to making up for the wasted coffee and messy counters.
