It feels like pretty thin plastic but is really pretty in my kitchen and has given me no issues so far. It works great, heats up fast %26 makes super yummy thick fluffy waffles in a timely manner. If you like them crispier simply just leave them on there for like 10 seconds after the ready light turns on.

I absolutely Love my new waffle maker the waffles come out exactly how I hoped just like hotel breakfast waffles I will be using this as often as I possibly can. I highly recommend it did lots of reviews before I made my purchase.

I made waffles for the first time at home and they were perfect!

I’ve always wanted to make the big waffles like they have at restaurants at home and I have bought four different brand of waffle makers over the years and this is the first time that I have been actually happy with a waffle maker. It is so pretty and so easy to use. Me and my family love this waffle maker. Highly recommend.

LOVE THIS!

We went on vacation recently and the kids loved the waffle maker at the hotels so I promised I would get one. I was surprised to find one that flips over just like the hotel kind. It’s super easy to use, the light goes off when it’s done and you just flip and pop it right out. It’s not messy like I remember the old kinds were and like I said is super easy.

Easy and affordable

Design is so poor that the dripped over batter is sticking when we rotate the flip. Another issue is it is over burning in the center of the waffle and heat not evenly spread. I see this design is not great and and the quality of overall product felt like cheap plastic material.  Weight of the waffle maker is light compared to my old one which is working for last 10yrs. I do not recommend this product and I am going to return it.

Not my favorite

Product worked perfect for the first month then after that the stopper to stop the oven from turning broke. So everytime I had to put mix into the waffle maker or take my waffle out I would have to hold the handle in one hand and take I the waffle out with my other hand. This has cause my waffle mix to spill over or my waffles to flip out and fall. It may not seem like a huge issue but it’s a major inconvenience once it happens to you. Also I’m a private chef so imagine how annoying that would be having to be super tedious with waffles when you have many other things to prepare %26 worry about. Maybe I just received a bad product but keep in mind this MAY or may not happen to you after a month or so.

Stopped working after 1st month

This is the second time ordering this waffle maker. I was really hoping the first one was just defective. However, the second one had the same issue after using it a few times. The pin that sticks up to stop the waffle iron plates from rotating while pouring mix in broke or the spring for it got stuck each time. There’s no way to get to it to fix it. This caused my mix to spill all over the counter and down between the stove and counter where I have it sitting. And caused it to burn my hand. Sending the second on back.
