It feels like pretty thin plastic but is really pretty in my kitchen and has given me no issues so far. It works great, heats up fast %26 makes super yummy thick fluffy waffles in a timely manner. If you like them crispier simply just leave them on there for like 10 seconds after the ready light turns on.

Amazing Little Fryer

We bought another waffle maker that failed after about two weeks.  We have many appliances by the Beautiful line and they all have been fantastic.  This waffle maker is no different. It has been amazing. It has far superior temperature control and consistency resulting in perfect waffles.  The waffle maker also is attractive enough that you don't feel compelled to hide it deep in a cupboard or pantry.  It is a high quality product that I can't recommend enough if you like waffles as much as I do!

Must have for waffle lovers.

The instructions are very easy to follow. The Tray to catch any extra spilling is very nice. I was suprised how easy it in the clean. I use a spray butter before putting any batter in so it keeps the waffle from sticking. Overall the product is very nuce and i think it is sturdy. So glad I bought it!

Works Great!

This is the best waffle maker I've ever had.  The easy flip helps to make light, fluffy waffles every time.  We use great value waffle %26 pancake mix.

 User tip:  don't make batter too thick or they'll make the waffle too dense.  I've made chocolate chip waffles, blueberry and syrup in the batter with great results.

The waffle maker is well designed, sturdy is appearance and feel. It is easy to use. There is no timer feature but the provided instructions (for testing doneness) are concise and easy to follow. Overall, I would definitely buy again.

Used this today and works amazing. Love it. Took me a couple times to figure out desired darkness for everyone’s liking and it was smooth sailing from there.

I was very excited to use it because it looks good quality like all the products I have used but the next time I used it it broke I am not happy at all, I hope to have my refund back soon.

No good

Bought this product today, used it one time and it broke. The heating plates are literally coming apart after pieces broke. We are taking it back for a full refund.

Broke on the first use.

On the third use this thing broke. The whole thing locked and wouldn't open for me to get the waffle out which honestly is a fire hazard. I has to put force into opening it which broke it a lot easier than it should have. Very cheaply made.
