Absolutely love it.   It was exactly what I wanted.  Just one thing I would change….  For the cord to be longer.  I live in an older home and outlets are a premium in my kitchen.  And I’m not a fan of using extension cords on this type of appliance.

I grilled smash burgers on this griddle and they turned out perfect !  My family loved them. It was so easy to use. The enclosed cooking guide told me what temperature and how long to cook the burgers. Delicious!

Easy to use.

This is an awesome griddle. It made great pancakes and im looking forward to seeing what else I can cook on it.
The splash guard it comes with isn't the best, it doesn't fit great and be careful it gets very very hot so if it falls off, dont pick it up with bare hands. I learned that lesson the hard way.

Just what I needed

So far I love the griddle.  It heats evenly.   It is very well made and it looks beautiful like it's brand name..

It is so easy to clean.  The griddle is fully immersable so it's easy to clean. 

I received my product as a gift and I am so happy with it.

This was given to me as a house warming gift. Allows me to cook more than 1 thing at a time. And nothing sticks.

Nonstick

This is a great looking product but after doing the seasoning instructions per the book the whole thing is warped it looks like. The middle is high now so draining won’t work into the drip tray. Only gonna be doing pancakes on it right now so should t be bad but disappointed because wanted a good looking one and then this happened.

Brand new out of the box I could see where it was last wiped down with a cloth.  The surface was not smooth, the Teflon coating looked like it was sprayed on and left to dry uneven.  Not sure how I'm supposed to flip the pancakes when it was not finished smooth like a frying pan.

Trash. Do not be fooled by these bot reviews. The quality is terrible and it discolours and warped in the middle. I had a griddle for 20 years that never did this and I have only had this a year. Customer service is rude. They do not stand behind their product so Stay Far Away!!
