Pour Spout

Can be intuitive with touch screen, but button layout confusing.

I had the 14 cup maker and loved it. It is a beautiful design, lots of flexibility in options, makes great coffee. However, I accidentally broke the carafe over the holiday and was stunned that they don't offer replacement parts. Seriously, things break! They would not send me a carafe even if I paid for it . They said they only make complete sets. I looked for a carafe that would fit but reviews of suggestions were fraught with issues as nothing truly worked. I did buy a whole new coffee maker but I feel the manufacturer needs to make replacement parts available. Things break and they do get compensated for the parts so it's a win win. Drew, do better!

walmart.com

Loving this coffee maker so far! Dishwasher safe parts, cone filter and 4 hour auto shutoff are the 3 things I was looking for when searching for a new coffee maker. It's a fancy looking machine and looks so pretty on my counter. Also makes a great cup of coffee! Love the 3 beeps letting me know it is done brewing and love that it shows how long it has been keeping the pot warm. Only thing I don't like is that there is no water window. There are just "steps" inside the water reservoir so it is difficult to pour in the right amount for me. I am getting older and not tall (it's a tall machine!) and I have MS so to stand on my tip toes while pouring water is challenging. Other than that, this is a great coffee maker. I hope it lasts a long time!

It really IS Beautiful!

I absolutely LOVE my Beautiful by Drew Barrymore 12-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker! ☕️💕 I honestly can't stop raving about it to everyone!

Not only is it beautiful and adds such a stylish touch to my kitchen, but the quality of the coffee is amazing. It brews a delicious, rich cup every time, and I love how easy and convenient it is to use.

I highly recommend this coffee maker to anyone looking for something that combines style, quality, and great coffee. It's definitely one of my favorite purchases! ❤️☕️

Gorgeous Design %26 Incredible Coffee!

I found that it is very pretty, but the carafe will leak if you don't hold the lid on manually while you pour into a cup. There is a learning curve to using the programming features and touch buttons, but once you learn, it's actually quite simple. I like that you can customize how long it keeps your coffee warm for four hours or less as you wish. The ivory color looks very nice in my kitchen. The glass on the carafe seems to be a little scuffed on the bottom and there's sort of a coffee color to it that might be permanent. I've only had it a month and a half. However, overall it was a great price and better than others in a similar price range.

I really love the Beautiful Brand! Not this coffee maker. Very sad. I have poured a many cup of coffee in my life. Out of 20 pots of coffee from this maker, I have only been able to pour 4 cups of coffee without it spilling all over the counter. I've read this is an ongoing issue. The screen on the maker is confusing .

So wanted to love !

Followed instructions when I first got it. Poured water into it to clean the inside before using. Had difficulty programming it. Not an easy to use coffee maker. Going back. It is a beautiful coffee maker — Ill give it that.

Difficult to program

I really wanted to love this, I have several other small appliances from this line but unfortunately this coffee maker is full of flaws from the guess work with the touch screen to the poor design of the carafe which dribbles coffee down the side of the spout when pouring the first several cups of a brew. The aesthetic unfortunately does not come close to making up for the wasted coffee and messy counters.

Poor spout design

This coffee maker IS beautiful and looks high end BUT it stopped working less than three months after I got it. The burner started "peeling" but then suddenly one morning I started it like normal and it brewed maybe a half a cup of coffee out of a full pot and then stopped. I tried to restart it and I even unplugged it and started it again but still nothing. The panel lights up but it won't brew the coffee. I did the trouble shooting that I found on line and nothing helped.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I had one before and returned it but I forgot I had it before and bought again and it's awful!! just need one designated button to turn on and another one to turn off. , this doesn't work that way regardless of what is said about it
if you want something that looks good, that's all it's good for!!

Don't waste your money

This coffee maker quit working after about two weeks of use! I had seen other reviews saying that they had problems like that and decided that it may have just been coincidence so I went ahead and ordered it. I really wish I hadn't ordered it. total waste of money.
