This enameled cast-iron Dutch oven is honestly one of the best pieces I’ve added to my kitchen. It heats evenly every single time — no hot spots, no burning on one side — which makes soups, stews, and roasts turn out perfect. The enamel coating is a lifesaver too. Nothing sticks, and cleanup is ridiculously easy. Most days I just rinse it and wipe it out.

It’s heavy, but in a way that feels sturdy and well-made, not awkward. The lid fits tight, it holds heat beautifully, and it goes from stove to oven without any issues. If you want a reliable Dutch oven that cooks evenly and doesn’t make cleaning a chore, this one is definitely worth it.

I have used it to great success for both sourdough bread, a smoked ham, and as a deep-fryer

Great Dutch Oven, at a good price

Such a great purchase! I definitely recommend getting this one. The price is amazing. The only thing I will comment on is, research. The cornflower blue is not the same one in the photo. The photo shows Blueberry pie, dark blue. While the cornflower blue is very light. I did know this since I did read the reviews. I'm in love!!!!!!

Showstopper

I'm happy with the Dutch oven's baking capacity for bread-making. Unfortunately, though, upon first use, the lid developed indelible marks! I had thoroughly cleaned and dried it beforehand, so I don't understand why that happened! It happened again on the second use. So now I have what was a beautiful blue Dutch oven, with black marks all over the lid. The instructions recommend not using any abrasive product on the surface, not that that would even remove the stains!

Good size Dutch oven, but the outer coating is not smooth and very sandy and rough!  Even the cast iron pans without enamel have smother outer surface.

Blue received is very light compared to the darker blue from the pictures. I understand now, the pictures show the darker blue called "blueberry pie" as opposed to the lighter blue selected called "cornflower blue". I did my own research by looking at drew barrymore's website, the product brand. Hence, this article is offered with conflictive informations. I would've loved to get the darker blue. The light blue is far less attractive. I needed a dutch oven asap to bake sourdough bread so I'm stuck with this one, unfortunately not fitting at all in my kitchen.
