I was hesitant to buy this due to negative reviews but bought it  to give it a try and so far I've had it for over 2 months and I have no complaints at all. It works perfectly fine. It looks beautiful and nice in my coffee station. I had a ninja coffee maker before and it would give me issues.

I absolutely love the versatility of this coffee maker. When I have quest I can make a carafe of coffee and if it's just me I can use my pod. There is even an option to do single serve without a pod so environmentally safe or conscience. It's beautiful literally and practical. Love it!!!

Simply awesome

We have used this everyday that we have had it - both the carafe and the single serve. It is very easy to use and clean. The flexibility with grounds and cups allows us to make regular and decaf coffee without having to throw any out. And the machine looks GREAT on our counter.

Works great and looks better!

Love the looks of the appliances. Bought them all. The coffee maker makes great coffee. Love how the controls disappear when not in use. Two caveats . One the delayed programming can be a little confusing at first. Second the pot opening is a little small for a man's hand. When washing it out it rubs very hard on the edges. Also pour slowly or you will have a spill. Such a cleaver design. Highly recommend! Your kitchen won't be disappointed!

Beautiful appliances.

I love this coffee pot but it does have a few things I noticed that aren't deal breakers but are a bit annoying… the single brew side has an adjustable platform BUT when you adjust it the one level up it allows, you can't fit any coffee cup into it! Only an espresso sized cup will fit and then you won't have room in your cup for your coffee to brew the appropriate amount. So then when you have your coffee cup on the bottom level adjustment, coffee splatters on your counter top. Also, if you overfill your carafe, when the coffee brews, coffee drips out of the handle onto the counter. Other than those small issues, it brews well, is beautiful, and the single brew side is convenient for when I don't want to brew a whole pot. I eliminated these two issues just by using a tall coffee cup on the single brew side to prevent splatter and I make sure not to overfill my carafe when adding water to the pot.

A few small issues

Although I wanted to love this coffee maker, because it's aesthetically beautiful, it's got a horrible design flaw. I purchased this at the end of October, and I tried giving it a chance, but I just returned it. No matter how you pour the coffee the carafe is a terrible design and spills everywhere. For $149 (with taxes) that was just too much money for me to be spilling coffee all over the place every pour. Hopefully they fix this! Otherwise, it was easy to set up and operate.

Poor design

This is a beautiful coffee maker but it has many flaws. The clock doesn't keep time, coffee spills all over the counter when you pour it, and most annoying, the brew cycle stops before it's complete. I thought I loved its look enough to overlook the flaws but after 3 months of owning it, I'm ready for a coffeemaker that actually works. On the plus side, it makes good coffee!

Beauty and Beast

I bought this in June of 2025 and by October 2025 it has already stopped working. I only use it 2 times daily to make 4 cups each time, it makes no sense why it isn't working anymore. I would purchase other ‘Beautiful' products but I will not purchase another coffee pot.

Good while it lasted

Second coffee maker of this brand to quit working. First one broke after 8 months, this one after 1 month. Learned my lesson and returned this one for a different brand. Very disappointing.

It is beautiful and for the time it worked I loved it. I have not had it long and when I went to brew my coffee yesterday morning it was dead. Broken and can not be turned on. Expensive and now I have to throw it away.
