I surprised my younger sister with this and she was so excited, she cried! I gave it to her for an early Christmas present since her crockpot croaked lol. She messaged me today that she has used it 6 times already and thanked me again!! The picture is what she made first and it's potato soup!

My baby sis loved it!!!

Came defective. Contacted the manufacturer directly. This was in December. It is now July 8 and I just got my Replasement today. I have to say this is the worst crockpot I have ever owned not only did the first one not work. I just washed the one that came today, put it together to use it. It's been on for an hour and the crack is still not hot. I do not recommend.

Don't waste your money

This is the best crockpot I've had. It's even better than the Ninja! Low cook is low cook, high cook is high cook! It's also elegant looking for those who like the upper class look. It has a lid holder that also catches the dripping if you pit it on the right way. It is easily cleaned.

Beautiful Crockpot

It's pretty but I was disappointed that the white outter shell is plastic! Looks high end in pictures online but cheap in person. Also the white part got super hot to touch when I was using it on high. So hot that I don't feel it's safe. It should not get that hot to where you can not touch it.

Sorry to say but most of the items in the Beautiful collection have fallen short of expectations. Very poor quality and does not hold up well. This particular item is very sketchy on wether it will reach the heat necessary for cooking and the touch panel is finicky if it is going to work at all.  Very sad that Drew Barrymore has attached her name to such disappointing products

This crockpot although beautiful, it's a piece of garbage.  It hasn't worked since the first I bought it.  I've reached out to the company for assistance and
Never received a reply. My advice.  Do not buy.

Garbage

The controls on this are terrible. You have to hit so many buttons just to turn it on and then the f you want to change the temp it's nearly impossible. It's easier to unplug the thing and plug it back in to change the temp. You can also hardly see the control panel. There's no back light.

Terrible button controls

I really wanted to love it. I cooked several things in it but I noticed that if I cooked chicken on low it was done in four hours and kind of boiling. I think that it is defective. Unfortunately I didn't really consider this until too late to return so I just chunked it and cut my losses.

Go with the cheaper ones instead.

Besides the no sealing lid and the fact I just wasted an expensive beef roast, I get burnt every time I try to place the lid onto its holder. Doest matter what setting I put it on, it won't even simmer. Maybe I got a defective one. But I doubt it. Definitely returning it!
