Can be unpleasantly salty, but also chewy and absorbent.

I tried the beef flavor and was impressed.  High in sodium though if that is a concern.
I liked the taste of these over Mr Noodle and was not spicy like alot of the other ones.  I will be buying these again!!!

Too much salt in the flavour packets that almost kills the taste of what it's supposed to be.

You say quick and easy to prepare, but you don't say what the instructions are. Do you just add water? Do you have to boil in a pot? I live in a SENIORS home I I do have a kettle so that was what I was wanting to know if I can just add hot water and let it sit and it cooks??
