Packs a punch!

Works well. Would be better if the cord or stand could rotate, which would allow you to reposition the cord in whatever direction it needs to go while  still making the stand usable. A longer or adjustable stand arm would also be helpful for
Those who would like their screen to stand vertically while charging. Perfectly serviceable as is, though.

Charges well, design could be improved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited for this charging pad and it looks really sleek. The only down side is that it is a slow charger, so it takes quite awhile to charge. I do keep it at work for a back up. I would recommend this if you don't mind slow charging!

Slow but sleek and effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is very good for a nice quick charge. I will say though that the back will slide off so you have to be careful. It works great for my iPhone and can travel well too. I'm glad it came with a charger box too so I didn't have to search for one. Just plug and charge.

Very handy for travel or fast charge

II was really excited to pick up this Belkin charger after seeing the strong reviews and knowing Belkin as a reliable brand in the past. It works perfectly with my iPhone 16, but one of the main reasons I bought it was because the product photos and Qi2/15W description made it seem like it would also charge AirPods. I own the latest AirPods (2024 release), which support MagSafe/Qi2, so I expected them to work. Unfortunately, the case doesn't charge at all.

What makes this more frustrating is that Belkin's site doesn't mention any compatibility limitations or model requirements for AirPods. When I contacted support to clarify, the experience was disappointing. The rep told me that they had “only tested with AirPods Pro 2,” and couldn't explain why it wouldn't work with newer AirPods that use the same charging standard. Instead of helping troubleshoot, the answer was essentially “we didn't test it, so it may not work.” That feels unprofessional coming from a well-established electronics brand.

To make things worse, when I asked about alternatives, they pointed me toward a different Belkin charger with the exact same specs — the only difference being that they had tested it with AirPods. No clear technical explanation, just a shrug that this one wasn't tested. Between that and the difficulty I've had trying to start a refund through their website, the whole experience has been disappointing.

I still trust Belkin's quality for phone charging, but if you're buying this for AirPods, be careful. There's no guarantee it will work, and support doesn't offer much help beyond telling you what hasn't been tested.
