[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a product that I look back on and realize that I didn't know I needed it before I saw it. I have been recently creating some "get ready with me" videos for Tik Tok and I always had trouble making my phone stand where I wanted it to on my computer. I don't have any high tech equipment (as I just do this for fun), but I do have a clip on ring light. When I saw this, I knew I had to have it. It safely clips onto my Macbook and holds my phone steady while I make and create the content I enjoy. There is just one simple piece that clips it on and it holds far better than expected. I do wish that it would've been silver, so it would've matched my Macbook a little better, for aesthetic purposes, but overall that's my only complaint. I give this a 10/10 and look forward to using it for all my Tik Tokking needs.

The magnet is pretty strong, though if you have a case on your phone, it doesn't stay on as well, I would especially recommend taking your case off to use it as a laptop camera mount, that way your phone doesn't accidentally fall. Overall I'm very pleased with how this works and how many different uses it has.

Works well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The iPhone Mount works great for the Continuity Cam feature of MacOS. When it was new, the magnet's hold felt very secure and the whole thing would lay flat on the back of the phone.

However, after just 4-5 months of very light use (rarely opened the ring grip), something inside it seems to have broken because the ring grip no longer lies flat and the magnetic side of the mount does not lie flush against the phone, which makes me think the magnet won't hold securely and will drop my phone 4ft to the tile floor below, which would destroy the phone.

I'm not sure how widespread the issue is, so maybe I'm the only unlucky one. I would have given it 5 stars if I had rated it in the first month or two because of how nice of a feature Continuity Cam is.
