This
is a great product, but the default software to use didn't always agree
with Win XP. Best bet is to use Windows Wireless Network configuration settings.
When using that, you can't go wrong. Range is excellent and can get on
Wi-fi hotspots almost anywhere.

Price was right and product was simple to install on a Dell notebook (Inspiron 5150). The DSL Router (Westell 370W issued by Verizon) is upstairs at the other end of the house and this Belkin Wireless card has a VERY GOOD DSL strength downstairs. Since my son uses the router for his X-box, I was debating on whether to buy a another router to connect in the phone line downstairs, or to run ethernet cords from the Router to another room, or to take a chance with this Belkin Wireless Notebook Card. I believe choosing this card easily provided the way for me to access the DSL Router without being in the same room while he was playing his X-Box games. I recommend purchasing this card.

Great Choice!

This wireless card is amazing for the price! I live in a long term care facility. Our router is at the front of the building and my room is approx. 1500 feet from the front. I am able to get fast, perfect internet in my room.

Worked great. Replaced D-Link DWL-G630. Works very good. I have been using Windows wireless software to connect works good. Recomend this over D-Link Works much better, Had a lot of issues with D-Link.

great value for the price

Bought this for my 12 year old son after his Linksys USB device quit working after a little more than a year. Thought I'd have difficulty since we run an AT&T DSL box (with built in wireless G), and a mix of equipment, but it worked great the first time!

Highly recommended.

Plug it in and it works!

At first, I thought that I was going to have to send this back to WalMart. I had to call my DSL provider to help me configure the card to the interet. I was the phone for 35 minutes. It was a little frustrating. However, after all of that, it was worth it. My son can get on the Internet and so can I. I love it. This is one product, so far, that I really love!

Little Hard Work goes a Long Way

If you don't have a built in modem, this is what you need.

Works perfect

I got this a couple of weeks ago and it is awesome. with my old card my computer use to freeze up. but with this card it flies. It was easy to install, use the installation disk, as recommended, I recommend that you do. you will not be sorry and with the low price I paid for this I am so happy.

awesome product

Bought this just prior to my cross country trip. Hoping to use all this wi-fi tec at the hotels. Had problems right out of the box. called tech support and thought we had it all worked out. Tried to use it several times on my two week vacation. Couldn't get it to work once. I reinstalled the software again when I got home last night. Still not working. Will have to call tech support again.

Never Worked

This product came to me with the language in Russian. It's hard to know what to do when you don't read Russian.

I returned the product for this reason. No one offered or suggested an answer to this problem. I know we are trying to have diversity but it is rediculous when you can't get a product in your language in your own country.
