I bought 2 sets of these last year (brought them in for the winter) and they are back out going strong.   These are the 1st outdoor lights i have actually been able to use a second year in a row.

Very pretty and bright, they stay bright all night. I put them on my concrete patio. I used two faced tape to hold them in place.

Perfect! Exactly as expected!

These lights are awesome.  We bought a total of 28 and put 20 around our pool screen, (1 at each section) and the other 8 are out front in our palm tree beds.  They are really bright and look beautiful.  They stay lit from dusk until dawn.  We have had them stay on overnight until 5:30 or 6:00 in the morning!  Very good price

Awesome solar lights

While these are bright and pretty, the battery compartment is complicated to open, you have to unscrew it, and pull apart two pieces. Also, they leak and will burn out if they get water inside in hurricane weather. So the casing isn't THAT weather proof. Aaaaaand the spikes are not very sturdy and will break or the lamp will pop out. Other than that, they are bright and last, if they get water logged.

Pretty and nice, however...

I really liked this at first.  However, it's been a few months now and they are not all still working.  Those that are, are good.  Not sure what to do with the ones not working.  

Would have been a 4 at 1st.  Because 7 of the eight worked well.  The eighth one worked if I turn it on manually at night.  Where as the others were great at turning on at dark.  Bright and could be seen from the road as little lightening.  I live in an older neighborhood without street lights, but lots of day walkers, and occasionally people walking through in the evening. As well, as I like to take 1 or more of our 3 dogs out for some night air, or night sky viewing.

In summary, would recommend like a short term solar light.  Better than another string set I bought around same time.  That string set needs to be returned as they only last a few weeks.  

So I guess I can recommend.

Of the 8 I received, 7 worked. Im confused by this product. If placed so the light is straight up, they are almost blinding, so not great for walkways. If placed at an angle, such as to highlight trees or landscaping, they do not cast a wide enough beam of light.

Confused by these lights...

They are simple to set up, but once they are in the ground its very difficult to remove them without damaging them or pulling the stakes out from the bottom, especially if you live in a place with clay like soil. 3 of the 4 that arrived worked but one did not.

Good, but has some design problems.

I saw the photos online and I had high Hope's. I bought 2 packs of 4 so a total of 8 lights. It's been less than 2 months and only two are still bright, the other 6 barely shine. I wanted to return but the plastic stakes are so weak most of them broke so I can't. I wanted new ones sent to me but I can't find who to contact for that. Waste of money for me.

Very Disappointing

I originally order 2 boxes of these lights and only 3 worked out if one box of 4. So I had to order another box to get 4 more. In THIS box, again only THREE of them work… and they're bright at night, but no more than any other solar light you'd get… and because only 3 worked out of the boxes I'd ordered, I have to say I'm pretty nervous what they're gonna do after some rain and other weather— and these lights are NOT INEXPENSIVE… at almost $20 each, I've spent a good $60 for these only to have them not work and having to worry about whether or not they'll work after the rain and all…so because I got screwed in TWO boxes, ordered at different times and because they're no more bright than any other solar light, and spending $60 only to worry whether or not they'll last after rain and all, they're LUCKY to get 2 stars… I would NOT recommend these to anyone.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Got these July 30 it is now October 5 and they have all four quit working. I got about two months of use out of these before they became trash. Do not waste your money.
