This bed is totally getting a one star. 
When we first ordered it, it stayed in pending status for two weeks, got ahold of someone and they said to cxl order and reorder (now it's stuck in cxl status) in mean time new bed came opened it up today and they sent a queen instead of a full and now have to order mattresses. The footboard screws were stuck in the insert and couldn't unscrew to connect the side rails, then head board holes did not like up and the holes in the wood that attaches to the slats were stripped and the some of the slats now just sit there. Don't bother with this bed, it's a headache and a hassle and the hassle of returning would be more of a headache then ordering new mattress and box spring. This is why we shop at amazon

Color is not as pictured. Ordered a light gray and it's more of a bluish gray. Bed is nice once put together. Instructions are easy to follow. The quality isn't the best but for the price it's a good buy.

None of the holes are where they are supposed to  be once everything put together  the sides are bowed slats dont fit in the center  nothing  is lining  up and ive waited a week  in a half for my bed

Not happy

While this bed was relatively easy to put together, the materials are not of good quality, especially the bed slats. One broke withing 30 minutes of finishing th he bed when my son sat down. Not very pleased.

Rather dissatisfied

I love the bed my husband put it together it wasnt to bad it said. he did it by himself. we dislike the usb not working everything else is good.

nice color bedframe and headboard

You may wanna state that this is a frame and not a bed paying 200 dollars for a bed with no box spring or mattress is not by any means a bed its a frame tx for the misleading advertisement ..

Bad title

seriously shocked by how many people think you can get a mattress with the bed...not for 200.00. I just paid $2400.00 for my mattress alone.  Are you kidding me?

Do not recommend bought it when we bought our house there are blocks that go under for support with hardwood floors they easily fall over and then a piece came broken like in half tired to use it anyway and made the end of the bed come off also it's too close to the floor
