It's exactly what I was wanting, I have been using Conair for YEARS but I literally looked for another one, the Clapping on mine was loose, I couldn't find the one I use. So I went with this one and I LOVE It!!

I just love this curling iron. It's well made, it's not one of those small curling irons which, so I don't have to worry about spending hours on my thick hair parting it in several parts h

It heated up fast and curled very nicely.

This is my favorite curling iron brand because the heat setting goes up to 500 degrees. I probably won't use that high of a heat setting but I want the option. Most wands go up to 400 degrees and I usually need around 430. I have very thick hair and it is difficult to hold the curl. I only returned it because I ordered the wrong size. I meant to get the 3/4" barrel not the 1/2".

Favorite Curling Iron

It doesn't get as hot as the ones made earlier in the day.

I love this curling iron  but for some reason, they seem like they're being made very poorly. Now I've only had the curling iron a very little while and already it begins to not heat at times.
