Glides on smoothly, stays put but washes off easily. LOVE the brown color but can't find it at this time. Hope it's not being discontinued!

I used Stila's version before this and the first week I used Benefit's, I was pleasantly surprised at how comparable they were. It went on pigmented and smooth, and didn't budge for up to 12 hrs. However, it's been 3 weeks and it takes me triple the time to do my eyeliner now because it clumps at the tip (idk how?) and dries out after 30 seconds, which makes it WAY less precise. It just looks worse now and I want to buy a different eyeliner.

When I first bought it, it worked great and my eyeliner was perfect. But after 1-2 weeks it started to dry up, but I don't know why because I was definitely putting the cap back on properly. It's so hard to apply now, it's like there's just no liner left in it, only at the stump. Really annoying because I actually liked this eyeliner at first :(

Dries up so fast

I just bought a tube and it was fine for one eye, then immediately dried out and now it's going on all patchy. I tried wetting the applicator and cleaning it with a wipe but it's basically unusable garbage now and I paid a lot more for it then my last liner. I like this company but I'm extremely dissappointed and won't reccomend it to my friends :(

This product did not work at all!

I really wanted to love this product - the packaging matches my favourite mascara, and I love that they are the same shade of brown. It was OK when my days weren't as long and the weather was cooler, but with warmer weather, longer days and being more active: this melts into my skin and is gone within only an hour or two. I'm very disappointed and going to return to my old eyeliner from another brand, the kind that stays like a tattoo.

Wears off quickly, NOT waterproof

This eyeliner should not be labeled as waterproof. My eyes tear a lot so I had high expectations from this brand. By the time I got to work it looked like I had had a major crying session. Smudged everywhere. Thru the cleaning process it was even on my hands. I thought I would try it again, this time with a setting spray, nope. I was sad. The brush and application is awesome. The matte finish is beautiful. But it just doesn't last. I will stick to They're Real Eyeliner.
