The BergHOFF Perfect Slice 9" x 13" Covered Cake Pan with Slice Tool is well-made and extremely convenient. The non-stick carbon steel pan heats evenly and is oven safe up to 425°F. I love the patented grid lines, which make it easy to cut straight, uniform slices using the included slicer. Each piece comes out clean and evenly sized. The non-toxic nonstick coating allows baking with little to no oil, and cleanup is easy since it's dishwasher safe. The cover also makes it great for transporting baked goods. Overall, this is a practical and high-quality addition to my cookware.

It has nice grips/handles to take it out of oven. The nonstick it great for creating crispy crusts. I used it to make a pizza and it came out perfect. I absolutely love this Perfect Slice Non-Stick Bakeware and Custom Slicing System by BergHOFF which I received complimentary for product trial. This heavy duty, 14”x 11 1/2” inch baking sheet is large and can easily hold 2 family size boxes of brownie mix, perfect for large get togethers or potlucks. It bakes evenly and releases my baked goods with ease. My brownies and cookie bars slip right out of this pan, without any sticking or breakage which I appreciate. I love the grid markings along the edges of this pan, they truly help guide me into slicing the perfectly sized pieces that I desire. The silicone cutting device is simple to use, it is molded to fit comfortably in my hand, and it cuts clean, straight lines through my baked goods without any force being used or knives needed. I simply line up the cutting device with the grid markings for the size I desire and press into the baked goods, the cutting device edge does all the work for me resulting in perfectly cut squares or rectangles. Such an easy pan for me to use, the handle grips are generous in size making it easy to maneuver in and out of the oven and the nonstick finish is easy to clean which does save me time. I expect that this durable, high quality pan will provide many years of service and I consider this to be an excellent value. BergHOFF Perfect Slice Baking Sheet is perfect for cookies, cookie bars, brownies, or any dessert bar and I recommend it to anyone that does baking.
