GARDENING AND CANNING GO HAND IN HAND ALL OF MY JARS WERE VERY OLD. ONLY NEW LIDS, BUT I WAS ALWAYS LOOKING FOR NEW ONES SEEMS LIKE WE ARE ALSO USING THEM TO STORE NUTS AND RAISONS ETC. SO NEEDED MORE WHEN I CAN

Very fast delivery to our school, but unfortunately 2 jars were broken

I ordered a case of jars online and received it with one jar broken and another cracked. I immediately contacted Walmart customer service at HeretoHelp@walmart.ca
, sent photos, SKU numbers, and all the required details. After 5 days, I am still waiting for a resolution.

Very disappointing experience — not worth ordering online if items arrive damaged and customer service does not follow up in a timely manner.
