this was my first time to use this yarn but I do like it ,it makes a very warm blanket the only problem I had was finding more of what I was using had to go too another store to finish because I made my own patter and didn't know how much I would need but thank goodness they had what I needed

Bernat Baby Blanket small ball yarn

do wish it was availible in larger skeins though!  Perfect baby blanket yarn. Easy beginners yarn to use. Easy to pull out chains if you need to redo anything.

I absolutely love this yarn-

It is best to buy all you need to crochet but sometimes you don't realize you will need more.  Thankfully this last skein matched perferctfully.

Just What I Needed!

Great heavy yarn.  I love how soft and bright it is.  The colors are bright and perfect for a baby, either sex.   It makes beautiful blanket.

I didn't realize that this is a TRUE #6 Super Bulky yarn, so the finished material is almost like a furry product. It's fun! I am making a pattern from yarnspirations and I just ordered two more skeins of material to get a comfortable size blanket. I am also finding that l prefer a size M hook. It is looking very luxurious!

I would have given this 5 stars because the yearn itself is so beautiful, easy to work with, and incredibly soft.  However, I could only give 4 stars because the skeins are soooo small.  They are only 1/3rd of the normal size Baby Bernat skeins of yarn.  So just be aware when ordering that you aren’t getting as much as you might think.

I could not believe this was not the normal size skein!!  
Watch those ounces before you purchase. Because of the price and picture, I figured it was the normal size skein like the ones I got before

Purchased 6 balls Bernat Baby Blanket yarn. All 6 balls had knots joining ends in the yarn part way through the ball!  They are only 100 gram balls so this required a lot of extra ends to darn in!  Poor quality manufacturing in my opinion!
