My children love the hoop, but I have one request, how can I order another rim; ours got smashed in and broke during a high wind storm recently.

Cheaply made

I just got this for an early birthday present and I got ripped off. The backboard is too small. It takes a very long time to assemble and the rim is way too hard when you shoot.
