The delivery was very timely. Although I just received it about a week ago, both the product and quality look really good. I am impressed.

Good product, good quality.

walmart.com

We gifted this keyboard to our 8 year old grand daughter last weekend. She took to it immediately. My wife showed her how notes progressed along the keys and show her a few chords., along with a couple simple songs like jingle bells. The student took it like duck to water. She also started to explore the demo songs. The keyboard has a good sound for being a beginner keyboard. So far we are pleased with the product. We only wish that some simple sheet music would have been included.

Nice Starter Keyboard

I bought this for my 9-year-old granddaughter and she loved it. She immediately was able to use some of its features without any guidance. The default sound is a little loud, but you can adjust it the master volume. Set up took about an hour. I was very pleased with it.

Good starter keyboard

My daughter loves it! Its just what she needs as a beginner. And 4 stars because she just got it about a month ago sooo I cant tell much yet about it. Hope it lasts.

Cant tell much since its a recent purchase.

This keyboard is great. The only things I don't like are that it doesn't have 88 keys, but it is a value purchase so that makes sense. I knew that when I bought it. It is a great value that it comes with headphones, a stand, and a seat! I like the stickers too for labeling the keys, it has helped me learn. The only other thing I don't like is that the master volume is loud, even at the lowest setting, I wish it could go a little lower. Otherwise no complaints. It is a great value and works very nicely. Many many features, too, such as rhythms, timbres, percussion sounds, etc.

Great Value for This Keyboard

Would have given this 5 stars but I can't because it's not as sturdy as I thought it would be. However, it's a good piano for beginners. I especially love the fact that it came a very good ear phone

Good for beginners

Great keyboard but we are processing a return now as the part that you put the plugs in pushes in when you try to plug in the power cord, mic, headphones, etc. Other than that it works great and the customer service handled the issue speedily.

Great keyboard with 1 issue

Great price, 61 keys is pretty good for most songs. First day- easy to assemble. 2nd day- stickers are not effective....they blend and look the same especially the black keys. On those, the writing is not visible. I do not wear glasses, except for reading.
The demo songs will play light up mode; however, there is nothing that Identifies the song. No list, nothing on their website. Recognize the tune? GREAT! You will know the title and can get the sheet music to learn to play. Don't recognize it? Out of luck. Day 3, 000 is the piano (other numbers are wind chimes, drums, etc) I was playing in Piano and it changed to a wind pipe sound. 000 was displayed but 000 wasn't the sound.
Am returning today.

disappointment at day 3

This item is a cheap keyboard and does not come with any written manual on its features other than how to assemble the stool and stand. The SKY5588 model was missing the LCD display which is required to learn to play some basic key functions and is programmed with several songs you can learn to play by the keys being illuminated.

Defective Keyboard and Missing LCD screen

Headphones broke during first use - cable came undone from connector. Reached out to customer service and received no response. I think probably just cheap and know that they are going to sell a lot and maybe make a few people disappointed along the way but not worried about it.

Low Quality - No Customer Service
