Instructions were good and it came together relatively easily. The inside shelf has a lip on the back which prevents items from falling out the back (mentioned in another review). Overall size could have been a little larger because my sewing machine is older/larger., but very happy with this piece of furniture.

Have not actually used it yet but it seems sturdy and an attractive piece when not in use. I would say it is as portrayed.  Not too bad to put together as these things go. We needed two of us to put together.  But one person could do it.  It would just take longer.

I have bought numerous items that you have to assemble yourself BUT THIS ITEM!! This was the best assemble yourself...every item is marked...from the panels right down to every screw. I matched up all pieces to the instructions and had it completed in under  1 hour by myself. Very happy with the cabinet!

Sewing cabinet

Surprisingly, i was able to put this together. It's heavy and sturdy. i was able to put it together with instructions, and my daughter loved it. Some pieces were faulty, but you begin to expect that with everything you order. I'd recommend this sewing station.

Nice Sewing Station

The cabinet itself went together like a dream.  It's like finding a unicorn when you get a piece of furniture where everything lines up.  I had to dock this a star because the wheels suck big time.  As I wheeled it 20ft across the floor, 1/2 of one of the wheels popped off.  I was able to push it back on but they're still garbage.  The wheels make it difficult to push.  And before anyone even asks it: YES THE WHEELS ARE UNLOCKED.  I like the cabinet but I'm going to have to find different wheels.  They should be all metal and not PLASTIC.

I like it but...

Easy to put together.  Seems sturdy but haven't used the flip back work table yet so we'll see how that holds up (it has a 5lb weight limit).  My 2 major complaints:  1. inside the door there are small dowel rods that hold spools of thread however when you close the door, the spools get stuck under the trim piece on the cabinet.  The only way to open the door is just pull it which throws the thread off the rods.  I can see this damaging the trim and the door. This feature is the main reason I purchased the cabinet.  (pic included)  This issue could be resolved is they used a smaller trim piece or lowered the shelves on the door  2. The magnetic closure for the door is not large or strong enough to hold the door closed.  The spools of thread getting stuck under the trim is the only reason the door stays closed

Ok but could be great with a few adjustments

not very sturdy - the thread holders are not placed well- sewing any size material and it knocks the thread off the holders and you cannot shut the door when anything but very small spool of thread is on the holders

Not very well made nor sturdy.  Also, not happy that the lst row of thread holders only fit for the very smallest spools of thread.  You can't shut the door for any other size thread spools. They could have put the top row of thread holders down lower.   It's worthless as it's for me.  I wish I  hadn't waited so long to put it together  as I can't return it now!!

The door fell off after it was completely assembled on the first day. On the second day, the hanging shelf with the spools of thread go fell off. Had to use my own screws that were longer and held everything in place.

The table broke off easy., nothing heavy just did not work very well
