It's just perfect

Great unit, good quality, parts, instructions and packaging for delivery to our home. Most happy with our complete purchase!

AWESOME

The shipment arrived on a pallet and in 3 boxes. I began the assembly of the bed by following the instructions. I found that the predrilled holes did not line up with the hinges which confused me somewhat when installing the doors, etc. Also the metal bar was difficult to find. First of all it should have been mentioned that it was metal and painted black. Also the price of the bed dropped about 3 weeks after buying it and Bestar would not give me a price adjustment credit.

Very sturdy

The cabinet went together easily and has now provided for a much needed flex space in our home.

The cabinet is beautiful. The instructions were not always clear and some pieces were not marked.

Instructions could be much better on how to put together. Almost takes an engineer to figure out the tiny illustrations. The mattress is very uncomfortable. Needs to be of better thickness and quality for someone to actually get a night's sleep
