Product was easy to set up and holds the temperature that it is set for.  When we had snow on the ground, it stayed in the upper 80's/low 90's when it was set for 99 degrees which was great.  Price was excellent at just over $300.  After having in a couple of months now, I have had to put more air into the top as it lost some air due to the drastic temperature changes here in southeast Texas - below freezing to 80's in a matter of days.  Easy to add air.  Absolutely love it!  Would definitely buy again at that price!

Wonderful way to relax at the end of stressful day

The spa works great and it's a perfect size for two adults. You could fit a third or fourth, but it would be a little cozy. I wouldn't shell out the extra money for the Hydrojets. They are not very strong so I don't use them much. The bubbles that all of the Saluspas have are just fine. It is loud when you are in it with the bubbles on. Also, the cover doesn't stay inflated so water pools on top when it rains. But I use it all the time and love it. If you're thinking about an inflatable hot tub, I don't think you can go wrong with any of the Bestway Saluspas. The Bestway app is really great and and I love being able to set or schedule the heat and filter to go on whenever I want from anywhere.

Wow really great

3rd time purchasing. I have them at all my properties. I noticed a lot of people say they get the E02 error code. You have to take the screw out of the filter at the bottom. Idk why this works but you'll never throw that code again.

Best Black Friday purchase of the year! Absolutely love relaxing in this 3-4 nights a week! Quality is sturdy and bottom is nicely padded for comfort. I recommend!

Love this lots of room. So far so good. My filter seems to get dirty pretty quickly but you can just clean it and use the back up. Very happy with it.

Hawaii style

The last time I purchased an inflatable hot tub was an Intex in 2018 and I got about 4 years out of it until the pump stopped turning on. Picked this one up and the 6 year difference of improvements shows. The bottom of the hot tub is padded, the pump has handles to move it, the tube for inflating locks to the pump when being used, the clips for the lid have additional piece to keep them locked. Granted this review is a week of ownership and my viewpoint could change if it begins to give me trouble. All in all it has proven to be a worthwhile purchase thus far.

i like the hot tub, but its very difficult to keep the chemical balance right. creates more work for me to empty and clean 1X a month.  teying new chemicals now

good for the price

Does not include any kind of instructions on how to keep clean. Does not mention how to keep water at the correct ph balance to avoid any type of illness. Filled up the hot tub and 3 days laster 3 people developed hot tub rash. Drained and cleaned and filled back up and two more people developed hot tub rash. Overall there should be instruction on how to treat and maintain cleanliness to avoid such illness but it is not included.

Be careful!

This is a great hot tub if you only want it to reach 80-90°.  We like our tub to be hotter than that and this did not do that.  We even bought an extra heater and it STILL never got past 90!
