[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a replacement bench for my nook table, it was a perfect match and actually better qyality than the original

Arrived ahead of scheduled delivery. Only problem during assembly was some off the predrilled dowel holes not deep enough. Used a hand to saw to level off all dowels to same height. Read other reviews and used wood glue not included to secure dowels better.

Worth the money

It was hard putting it together but all worth it....my friends loved it...it was perfect

kitchen table/bench

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bench itself is nice but the instructions are not specific enough. Diagrams are very confusing. The holes they have drilled into the wood for the screws to go into are too small.  I started to put the bench together but I had to stop until my Son comes to help me. My hands hurt from trying to get the screws into the wood.. The  instructions tell you Not to use power tools?  Definitely need 2 people to assemble the bench.

Need of help.

It was a perfect fit for my kitchen however it did have a few scratches on the finish but the walnut color matched my woodwork perfectly. Great value.

However some of the lined
up holes for the Screws will not
tighten.The Seats that have
Storage nice except the bottom panel
for it is not wood,it like paper cardboard
not very good for heavy items like books.
Over all it work for my lil grand kids to site at...

First Kitchen Nook

This bench was terribly difficult to put together. The instructions are extremely confusing and they say you only need a screwdriver when actually you need a power drill to ensure the screws are in tight. There were also a lot of places where the instructions said to screw a screw into a part but there was no pre-drilled hole. I got blisters on my hands from hand screwing this thing together before I got out the power drill. It was ridiculous.

very difficult

I chose this product because of the look. And after about 4 hours of trying to put it together, I finally got the look. I wish there was a way to get the pieces to stay together better because I am having trouble keeping it together. I would definately pay $100 more dollars to get someone to get it to stay assembled and to not have to worry about it falling apart into the 1 million pieces it came in.
