Perfect for What I Needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this blender with whisk attachment. Easy to use and a great value. It is bigger than I thought which was great for me because I have arthritis and loose my grip. The only thing I didn't care for is that the cord is stationary and doesn't move around so you have to manually move it or hold it.

Nice handheld device, but the blades are not big enough to mix the product effectively. Slightly bulky to fit a woman's hand right. Need to use both hands to turn off or change speed.  The whisk attachment works well, but you need two hands to turn speed down, while in operation. Overall, it didn't deliver the experience that was expected.

Handheld Mixer Didn't Deliver

The Better Chef hand mixer/blender is not working appropriately. I have had one of these before and I know these are good for easy mixing/blending. The one I just purchased from Walmart online is defective due to several reasons. The power button for high and low malfunction Everytime I try to use it. There is a electrical burning smell when it does work. Finally, the whisk has come apart from the hub. I know that this particular unit is bad.
