It's made of a nice warm wood grain and will be an amazing addition to my backyard in the summer! I wish I was able to put it out because I'm so excited about it but we currently have 2 feet of snow so I am saving it for the warmer weather.

Durability: These planters are solid and feel like they'll last a long time. They're heavy enough to stay put and handle some wear, even with heavier plants. I've had them for a few weeks now, and there's no sign of cracking or chipping.

Size: The size options are great, ranging from small to large, which is perfect for all kinds of plants. I have both a small succulent and a larger indoor plant, and both fit well.

Stylish, Durable, and Functional – A Perfect Addit

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was SO EXCITED to nab this when Influenster gave me the opportunity! This is a 20" wood planter from Better Homes & Gardens and it has the look of the bottom of a wine barrel. It's super light despite it looking heavy, and is nice and deep for those indoor tropical plants. Now, my ONLY wish is that it was lined, as it doesn't seem like it would keep water in long enough to make it to the hole in the bottom. That being said, I'm happy to just set my plant inside of it so that I don't need to find a bottom plate. 

Typically you'd put this outside and plant petunias in it- which I still might do, because it's such a pretty piece, I'd love to see it full of colour next to my front door!

If given the opportunity, I'll be purchasing a few more to match.

Very pretty, super light.

I'm not sure if it will withstand the weather for too long but I might be able to get a couple seasons out of it. It's a decent size and has a drainage hole in the bottom.
