Can be efficient for smaller plants, but may struggle with excess water for larger ones.

Beautiful pot!! saucer attached so there is drainage. The construction of the pot is very well done. Nice terra cotta that's glazed with a beautiful blue. I wouldn't say to have succulents in it because it's tall... but most anything would work great! Perfect finish to your plants.

This is a gorgeous planter. The color is beautiful. The pot is high quality and a good size. I like it so much that I bought another one today. You cannot beat Walmart for planters. Anywhere else you are going to pay a fortune.

It's really superb! There is a hole for the water to flow so we can use it as a pot to put our plants directly into it. The color is really belle and it's a very good quality pot! I'm so happy!! - Yes.

First, i love this color!!  It's more of a country blue than teal, for those of you who remember the 80's, you know what I'm talking about.  This planter is so functional and amazing for your valued houseplants, it has a built in drain plate with a groove at the bottom for those who wish to bottom water, and this is more of a terra-cotta interior with a glazed exterior, which means that it still has a water absorbing interior that draws water away from the plant minimizing the danger of water logged roots for plants that are especially sensitive to root rot, succulents would do great in this pot as well as any other plant you choose to put in.  this is a deeper, cylindrical pot that would be great for plants that like to stretch their roots a little because the bottom is as wide as the top.  This planter is heavy and very well made with a beautiful finish, not just on the outside, but the inside as well, very smooth.  I love how this planter was well thought out, and the price made it easy on my pocket book

I bought three. All perfect. They are heavy. If you have 6” pots ready to move up a size these will be perfect. An expert grower told me not to replant into a pot more than two inches bigger to help support healthy growth. The plants in the pot in my pictures are in a 6in grow pot. You can't beat the price either. The color says teal but as you can see there is almost every color of blue. I'm using two inside and one outdoors and I have no fear of weather damage. The size can be determined using the standard 12x12 patio pillow for comparison. I didn't get paid for this review.

Just buy it now! It's perfect

This pot is very pretty and the color is a nice shade of blue. I have multiple of this one in both the 6in and 8in sizes. A beautiful addition to any plant display! My only complaint is I wish the built in drainage was deeper since soil tends to get built up in the small drain hole with no way to get it out.

Beautiful pot!

I liked the 6" version of this planter even more than this larger one. The color was more rich and the size more what I needed. But it turns out the 6" version was also more popular and therefore sold out. This was an okay substitute.

6" version is even better

I really like these pots. They come in different sizes, and are beautiful to look at. The drip saucer bottom is included. Then one thing I question, is that the drip saucer is permanently attached. Not sure if that is good or bad?
