Fairly easy to assemble (but longer than the 2 people, 15 mins in instructions!) Tip...dont tighten the bolts all the way when assembling the table and other detached piece. Just get them secured and ensure that the top fits. Then tighten everything.

Great couch!

Assembly is hard. You have to hold a bolt with either the wrench of ratchet and tighten with the other. Getting the table and ottoman square to align all the holes was also a pain.

However, once assembled, it seems to be very sturdy. The cushions covers are removable for some of the cushions, but not all. Some mediocre sewing on one of the back cushions but well worth it for the price of $400 CAD.

Tough assembly

Arrived a day ahead of anticipated delivery time. Fairly easy to assemble, except one of the nylon bolt anchors for the cross support piece wasn't properly placed, so we couldn't get the cross support bar firmly screwed together, but it's good enough. Very comfortable with nice, thick cushions. Looks good on our balcony. Great value. I really like that there is a protective cover included. The cover is easy to put on, you just need to flip the ottoman and the table on top of the sofa before covering, and the tarp stores away neatly inside the ottoman when not in use. There's only 2 real problems with the set: The suction cups for the glass tabletop don't grip strongly enough, so you have to be careful when flipping the table on and off the sofa when using the tarp. Also, the tarp blows off in strong winds, so we'll need to find a way to better secure the tarp. The problems are minor though, so it's still great value for the money and we are very pleased with a comfortable nice looking balcony set.

Comfortable, attractive, good value.

1. At $400 it's great value
2. I didn't realize it was arriving in a million pieces. I'm usually very good at following instructions and assembling but it took forever to tighten the bolts and the ratchet broke halfway through, so I ended up having to use the Allen key. It took me 5 hours to assemble it. 
3. I bought this thinking it's identical to a larger L-shaped set I purchase five years ago. But this is smaller and lower in quality.
4. Pay attention to the material of the cushion, at first glance it looks like cream or a beige but it's a grainy, grey/white/cream texture.

Overall it is quite nice and now that I've spent all those hours assembling, it will stay. I wish the coffee table didn't come with the tempered glass and had a flat surface instead.

It also would have been great if the ottoman had hinges. My mom loves her gift.

We like this set enough we bought a second set. Easy to assemble well designed. Could have been in two boxes as one is very heavy.

Great outdoor furniture

Good quality and very comfy. One part of it was misaligned with the rest but it was not a big problem hence not 5 stars.

Comfy

This set is as described and looks fantastic and is a good value for the money especially when we got it on sale. Perfect size for smaller decks or patios and works for us perfectly. Very glad it comes with a cover as well as the cushions are not waterproof. I wish the back pillows on couch were a little taller. Reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is the instructions and alignment of holes on table with glass. The instructions say M2 side pieces go with table but they actually go with the ottoman. It also takes longer than the 30 mins they state especially with the cheap tools provided. Its more like an hour and a half. If you have your own ratchet with hex bit, then it will take alot less time to assemble. Worst part was the table. The holes do not line up. 3 sides were good but when we got to 4th side, they were way out so had to improvise with tie straps to secure it which is fine as we put that side facing our deck fence where you cant see the tie straps. We loosened all screws on the table thinking that might give us better alignment for the 4th side but that didnt help any at all. The holes were off by an inch or more. All in all, a very nice set but just know you may end up in our situation and other buyers with hole alignment issues.

Almost perfect

Not a bad product, gave it a 3 because the side table bolts would not line up. The sofa is a nice height for sitting, not low as I first feared. Back is a little low but is comfortable enough. Value for price is good though.

Not bad value

Perfect size for my space. Assembly was not difficult. Huge bonus was the cover. The only downside, the back cushions,  could be sturdier and higher.

Great Purchase

Product arrive with no damage to box. Inside sectional was broken, about 8 inches of the plastic wicker was cut and unravelled. Another part the metal was bent folded onto itself. Again NO damage to the outside of the box. Could not order bc it was sold out.
