I ordered the Grayson Club Chair on a Sunday and it was delivered to my house on Wednesday, nicely boxed and wrapped in plastic/sheets of thin foam with sturdy cardboard pieces to hold it in place. (They do leave it outside your garage/front door so beware of weather conditions. Luckily I was home, and yes it was raining heavily that day) The fabric is a beautiful linen gray, almost like men's suit material and the chair is well constructed and solid built. Slightly firm but not uncomfortable by any means. I ordered the ottoman as well and happy I did. It's on the large size so measure to make sure you have room. Both pieces are easy to set up, or so my husband told me. :) Overall, I'm thrilled with these two pieces and will be ordering more furniture from Walmart for a spare room/guestroom.

I really liked these sofa chairs. I have a one bedroom apartment and needed something in a smaller size and these were perfect. The product description was accurate. The price was good and they look high end. I would definitely recommend these to friends and family. Shipping was free site to store which was convenient as well. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Very comfy and good quality

I really love this chair. It's my reading chair, so it's not used as often as my sofa, however, it's used for long periods of time. It offers great support. I like the firmness of the cushions. Assembly took a little longer than expected (a whole 30 minutes). I've got a wide frame, so I was nervous that the seat wouldn't be wide enough for comfortable sitting, but it is! I've just ordered the ottoman! (Pillow in the picture is from IKEA.)

Reading Nook Chair

This chair is exactly what I wanted for my living room. It is very comfy yet firm, durable (I have two cats with evil little claws) and very stylish. Love it!

So comfy!

Arrived super fast. Purchased 2 of these with 2 of the matching ottomans. It's a very good looking chair. A little stiff but I am sure it will get more comfy over time. Good value!

Nice chair

These chairs are better than I expected. A little hard but will probably soften up a bit, also the color is not exactly gray but has a purple ish tint. For the price these look beautiful!

Perfect

I got this chair because other reviews said it was more of a tan color. Next to a brown couch, it is indeed gray. I ordered the ottoman along with the chair, but they do not have the same color nailheads. The chair has silver and the ottoman has brass.

I'll rate this product in packaging, quality, and easy of set up.

Packaging could have been much better: it came in a regular cardboard box with only one strip of tape on each end. When it was delivered to me, the cardboard box was bent and the box was slightly open (most likely due to handling). It sat on my porch overnight, so if it had rained it would have been completely soaked. The 2 main parts inside were wrapped in plastic sleeves, which would not have kept them dry from outside moisture. The box could have done with a pallet type bottom to support the product inside the box - the cardboard itself was not support enough, especially for the amount of travel with shipping and handling.

The quality of the chair is quite nice, although I'll be honest I don't have very high standards for furniture. If it's presentable and comfortable, I'm happy. The color of the chair was darker than the picture, which I don't care about personally - but something to keep in mind if color is the main objective in your purchase of this product. The arms of the chair (which came already assembled attached to the base of the chair) were a little flat - the cushion or padding must have been weighed down by the back piece of the chair in shipping. It's not uncomfortable, but there's a visible slope in the arms and you can feel the wood of the inner frame quite easily. The gray nail heads give it a very classy look and the bottom feet (which needed to be assembled) were a nice dark color, just like the picture. It's not a large chair, but it's very comfortable. The seat cushion was very plump and it the back was high enough so that I could rest my head without it falling off the back. It would be perfect with the ottoman, but alas I only had room for the chair.

Ease of set up was slightly tricky for me, because the directions that came with the chair were in Spanish and not English (it wasn't a dual direction set either, it was just all Spanish). It had picture demonstrations so I was able to follow along just fine, but I'd worry about someone who is not used to assembling furniture, purchasing this and receiving a set of directions in a foreign language. The main pieces out of the box were: the base of the chair which had the main cushion Velcro'd to the bottom/base, the back piece, and the 4 feet and the set of nuts/bolts used for assembly. It came with the little tool to screw the pieces together, but the angle you have to get at to put it all together is awkward - nothing about the assembler or the work area - chairs are just awkward upside down in general. The feet went on very easily, but there were little plastic caps on one corner of each of the wooden feet, and not having assembled many pieces of furniture, I wasn't sure if the little caps should face out or face in. The directions didn't have any suggestion about them - didn't even show them in the pictures, so I went with my gut and put them facing in. After I screwed the back on and settled the chair on the feet, it looked like a fabulous finished chair.

Overall, the packaging for shipping/handling could have been MUCH better/more sturdy, the quality is nice for having been shipped poorly from Maryland to Rhode Island, and the ease of set up depends on how familiar you are with basic assembly and your patience for it. I only purchased one as a reading chair for my bedroom, but I would definitely consider buying more to complete a set for a sitting/living room in the future. (Although the ottoman that you can purchase separately has golden/bronze colored nail heads which doesn't make too much sense.)

Nice finished product

The silver nail heads make this chair pop. The gray upholstery is like a light brown gray. But harmonizes nicely in my room. The back is sturdy. The seat is a little softer. Good posture chair.
Easy breezy to assemble. It definitely is a chair that can be used daily. Good value.

Masculine beauty

Not comfortable and not well made.  I could tell where the foam came together beneath the fabric. The fabric will end up pilling. Do not plop down on this chair or you will compact your spine. I returned it.  
Pro points- easy to assemble and easy to return to WalMart store.
