I was looking for gold utensils for my new apartment and found the better homes and gardens stainless steel flatware set in gold, I LOVE them they are a brushed metal finish which I love. Good weight. I don't have a dishwasher so I can't comment on that but they've been holding up well so far.

I bought these for a rental property and, compared to other sets that I've used, these have been surprisingly durable. I really like the soft mat finish and they aren't overly styled, but still add a little unique touch to the dining set

Pretty and durable

Love the sleek look and feel of these. Only thing I don't love is the BHG logo on the backside of each piece, which I didn't realize when purchasing.

Sleek looks for less

This flatware is beautiful. I'm impressed with the quality. They have a nice weight to them and the finish is flawless. They add a touch of elegance to my table setting.

I have been searching for Goldwater for the table setting i keep on my dining table and change with seasons.  All that I have seen were very expensive but this was perfect as it is being used as decor. The value, quality is definitely worth the consideration.

Excellent value

I recommend ONLY IF one understands to make them last they cannot be put in dishwasher and should be immediately washed / dried. This is my second set, somehow two small forks and one small spoon has gone MIA. Last set I've had about 2 years; did as stated above and STILL there is a few tiny chips and a tad dullness over time. So if I had put in dishwasher or allowed to air dry etc. they would be junk by now.
This set is simple in design, has a good weight, not too light or heavy and for everyday use or dressed up on holidays. Of course they they are $10 more than I paid for them 2 years ago.

Have Had For 2 Years - 2nd Set

Not even a month they change colors. I LOVED them!! But not even a month of having them, they are already changing colors. The description states “tarnish-resistant flatware is dishwasher safe” however it is not. Mine are all changing colors. I'm so sad because I really liked these. They are sturdy, heavy but the colors do not last. Atleast the black does not. Bought Nov.11th and it is now Dec. 10th so just a bought a month. 😩

Not dish washer safe!

Had these for less than a month and the finish is already coming off, I can literally rub it off with my thumb. Very disappointed.

Doesn't hold up.

It hasn't been 2 months and the finish is wearing off. It wore off on the knives after the first wash. It's beautiful , I love the shape, the weight. It's a shame the color doesn't last because that's the soft gold I was looking for.

Too good to be true

The directions state the silverware is dishwasher safe which is not true. I washed before use and they discoloured.  Otherwise, they are pretty sturdy and solid.
